Privacy policy

Last updated: 3 November 2026 · Draft

This policy explains what data briefluence collects, why, and what you can do about it.

1. What we collect

Account data (email, password hash), profile data you enter (name, city, gender, birth year, niches, languages, contacts) and, for companies, company details.

2. Connected social accounts

When you connect Instagram, TikTok or YouTube through their official login, we receive your username, follower count, recent post statistics and, where available, aggregated audience demographics (age, gender, country). We never post on your behalf. Access tokens are stored encrypted (AES-256) and you can revoke access any time in the platform settings or by disconnecting the account here.

3. How we use it

To verify influencers, match them with briefs, show statistics to companies, send notifications and process subscriptions. We do not sell personal data.

4. Who sees what

Companies see a verified influencer’s public profile and statistics. Contact details are shared only between a company and an influencer after the company accepts the application.

5. Payments

Card payments are handled by Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record, under its own privacy notice. We never receive or store your full card number; we keep only its last four digits and Paddle’s subscription reference for renewals.

6. Retention and deletion

We keep data while your account exists. To delete your account and all related data, including data received from Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, email support@briefluence.am from your account email. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

7. Your rights

You can access, correct and export your data, and object to its processing. Most of it you can edit yourself in Settings.

8. Cookies

We use only necessary cookies: your session and your language choice. No advertising trackers.
